Náš ministr životního prostředí nás oblažil rozhovorem,kde nám vysvětlil, že budeme muset s vodou zacházet jako v Izraeli, jinak se za chvíli večer nevykoupeme. Novináři z toho udělali drámo a celý rozhovor vyzněl tak, že nedostatek vody v naší krajině je naše vina, protože se moc myjeme a vycachtáme hromadu vody v bazénech. Čili voda bude muset být dražší, bude jí méně a pokud nebudeme my občané něco dělat s odpadní vodou, kterou produkujeme, bude zle.
Když už si pan ministr bral do huby ten Izrael, řekl jsem si, že zavolám kamarádovi,který před pár roky v Tel Avivu pobýval v kibucu, aby se naučil něco o kapkových závlahách a dalších vychytávkách, které tam mají. Jeho odpovědi byly velmi zajímavé. Některé informace už nejspíš trochu zastaraly, ale v zásadě budou pořád platné. Co jsem se tedy dozvěděl?
1. Izrael má vyšší spotřebu vody na osobu než Česká republika. Zatímco u nás se jedná o cca 92l/den, v Izraeli je to 127l/den. Pro internetové rejpaly dodávám, že existuje asi deset metodik, jak vodu na hlavu počítat a liší se klidně i o sto procent. Porovnáváme dva údaje zjištěné stejnou metodikou a pokud použijeme kteroukoliv jinou, vyjde to velmi obdobně. Čech si zkrátka napouští menší vanu než Izraelec.
2. Izrael má levnější vodu než Čech. Opět se to nedá porovnat přímo, protože v Izraeli existují dva tarify. Nejprve je voda laciná a pokud jste bohatý snob, umýváte čtyři auta a máte doma plavecký bazén, tak se prohnete. Nicméně pokud spotřebujete průměrnou izraelskou spotřebu, vejdete se do levnějšího tarifu, který dělá něco okolo pěti šekelů za kubík. Tedy asi 25 Kč.
3. Izrael asi třetinu své spotřeby vody vyrábí z moře. Odsoluje. To má příšerné náklady, ale stejně je tam voda takhle levná. Lecjaký rejpal dodá, že voda je v Izraeli dotovaná, stát dost připlácí na investicích. To je pravda, ale to dělá stát i u nás. Obce také leckde přispívají Veolii na investice a údržbu.
4. Jediný rozdíl mezi Izraelem a námi je v tom, že tamní kanalizace přivede vodu do čističek, ta je vyčištěna a jde k zemědělcům na zavlažování, zatímco u nás teče do řeky. Nic víc.
5. V Izraeli je voda státní bohatství a právě stát se stará o účelné využití veškeré vody. Stát je investorem většiny velkých projektů a i když spolupracuje se soukromým sektorem, drží nad vodou velmi přísnou ruku a jeho dohledu nic neunikne.
Tolik můj kamarád. Poku byste někdo našli nějaké další informace o izraelské vodě, budu vám vděčný. Ale prosím informace od vodohospodářů, ne od novinářů.
Pokud má můj kamarád pravdu, tak je to přesně jak se dalo čekat. V Izraeli existuje koncepce, u nás nic. V Izraeli se voda nekrade, neprivatizuje, zachází se s ní s úctou a proto jí mohou používat víc než u nás a je levnější. Izraelci svojí odpadní vodu čistí a ještě jednou používají na polích. Jejich zemedělský sektor je velmi výkonný a malá pouštní zemička o rozloze středočeského kraje s osmi miliony obyvatel, vlastním vesmírným a atomovým programem je potravinově skoro soběstačná. Až zase uslyšíte nějakého ministra kecat nesmysly o vodě, upozorněte ho, jak to tam v cizině dělají doopravdy.
